Ridgway staff report Wetterhorn Homes nearly fully occupied; two-year homeowner update scheduled

Committee staff reported all units at the Wetterhorn affordable-housing development are occupied except one that is for sale. A two-year homeowner update and planned compliance updates will be presented to the committee in fall 2024.
Jim Kolnick reported to the committee on May 8, 2024, that all units in the Wetterhorn housing development are occupied except for one home currently listed for sale. Kolnick said the committee will receive a two-year homeowner update in fall 2024 and additional compliance-requirement updates will be presented to the committee in a future meeting.
The occupancy report was a brief informational item following adoption of a policy addendum addressing rooftop solar system costs. The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
