Mayor Rice called the Panorama Park City Council meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. on March 10, 2026, and led the Pledge of Allegiance. The council recorded five members present: I. Foltz, J. Krause, S. Perry, S. Rice and D. Smith.
Councilmember J. Krause seconded a motion by Mayor Rice to approve the meeting agenda; the motion passed unanimously. The council then approved the consent agenda — including the Feb. 12, 2026 meeting minutes, February 2026 financial statements, payroll authorization and claims — on a motion by J. Krause, seconded by D. Smith, with all ayes.
On the substantive action item, Councilmember D. Smith moved to schedule a public hearing on the proposed fiscal year city property tax levy for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.; J. Krause seconded. The council voted unanimously to set the hearing. The council did not record separate individual votes beyond the notation of “all ayes.”
Mayor Rice reported that work to update the Code of Ordinances is nearly complete and that an updated draft is expected soon. The mayor also announced a community Easter celebration at City Hall on April 4 at 10:00 a.m.
With no public comment recorded, a motion to adjourn was made by S. Perry and seconded by Mayor Rice; the meeting was adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
