The councils communications update noted a switch to Mailchimp at the end of February and urged members to send photos of their organizations events so the website and Facebook page can highlight activities and boost involvement. Sarah Lennon asked members to submit photos for posting.
The minutes also record routine finance items: Truist Bank balances and recent dues/withdrawals were listed and membership counts were summarized; the minutes show no motions or votes on these items at the Feb. 15 meeting.
