The Presque Isle Planning Board unanimously approved a site plan March 20 for a 36‑by‑24‑foot addition to the mental‑health practice at 24 Industrial Street.
Tricia Bragan presented the application and said the business serves adult and youth mental‑health clients. Deputy Director Tim St. Peter told the board the project required board review because it disturbs more than 1,000 square feet of impervious area and the addition exceeds 500 square feet under the City’s Land Use and Development Code.
The board discussed project details and then voted to approve the plan. Richard Engels moved to approve the site plan, Ward Gerow seconded, and the motion passed by unanimous vote.
No conditions or contingencies were recorded in the minutes; the applicant was approved "as presented." The board’s approval completes the planning‑board review required under local development rules; any building or code permits are expected to follow standard city permitting procedures.
