Facilities and services: The board approved a proposal with Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc. to design parking lot upgrades at the Ethel Jacobsen Elementary School, approved the Third Amendment to the Contract for Sale with Michael Pagnotta Architecture, PC, and approved a lease for a board office at 325 Route 72 East, Unit B, Manahawkin, N.J., beginning Sept. 1 at $1,500 per month.
