At its Oct. 21 meeting the Lynn Township Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the parcel owned by Robert and Lisa Vaughn (PIN #54 2844 615 9) be included in Lynn Township’s Agricultural Security Area.
Commissioner Fritz Najarian made the recommendation following a review of the Agricultural Security Committee’s discussion; there were no further comments from commission members and no public comment. Jake Moyer seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The recommendation will be forwarded to the township solicitor and the Board of Supervisors for their action.
The recommendation does not itself alter deed status; formal inclusion in the Agricultural Security Area requires action by the Board of Supervisors and any required filings with county authorities.
