The council identified several immediate follow-ups: review the 902 grant fact sheet and prepare questions; explore local business contributions to cover the 10% match; contact the county recycling coordinator to clarify reporting processes; and schedule a follow-up meeting with Ashley, the lead engineer on the solid waste management plan. The EAC also recorded specific task assignments and pledged outreach to potential grant writers.
