The committee agreed to table final legislative changes while staff confirm the precise ordinance language and whether the 2024/2025 Ohio Fire Code is properly incorporated into local law.
The committee recommended the fire chief develop a standard inspection form and a public posting process for mobile vendor inspections, and to report back at a future meeting.
