During the public-concerns portion of the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting on July 21, Kyle Larsen introduced himself as a Republican candidate for Iowa’s 4th U.S. Congressional District and said “rural Iowa needs a voice.”
Chairperson Rick Pedersen opened the floor for public concerns and Larsen’s remarks were the only public comment recorded in the minutes. No follow-up discussion, questions from board members, or formal board responses are recorded in the minutes.
The board then continued with scheduled agenda items, including approvals and administrative business.
