During the Feb. 2 meeting the Diamondville Town Council approved two resolutions and several administrative items under New Business.
Council approved Resolution 2026-01, which establishes fees for administration of Chapter 11.30 of the town ordinances; the council also approved Resolution 2026-02 to adopt updated job descriptions in the Employee Policy Handbook and noted a correction to the resolution numbering. The council authorized purchasing ADA-compliant bathrooms for use at the 2026 Oyster Ridge Music Festival for an amount not to exceed $1,000. The motion was recorded as approved unanimously.
