Willis said staff also considered keeping the unit at its present location with a temporary power enclosure and revisiting relocation in the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Chair Bob Schultz moved to install a zombie box, Robert Twombly seconded the motion, and the measure passed with Schultz, Twombly and Keith Merrill voting in favor and Terry Mountford and Kurt Blumenthal dissenting.
