Council clears path for Building Owners and Managers Association Foundation to seek charitable gaming license

Council members asked questions about how recipients will be chosen and suggested networking with local school systems and agencies; Troy said scholarship criteria are listed on the foundation’s website and that the organization is in an early phase of fundraising.
