SANBORNTON, N.H. — The Trustees of the Trust Funds on May 7 received two notices from the Post Office about PO Box #212: a request to audit the list of authorized people who may pick up mail from the box, and a notification that online bill-pay is now available for that box.
Chair Megan Farkas reviewed and completed the required audit form. Trustee Shawna Sample-Garcia was assigned to follow up with the postmaster to confirm how authorized people should be listed. According to the minutes, Megan discussed the online bill-pay option with Barb Vaughn, who agreed to sign up; Megan will follow up to secure the signature and paperwork.
The minutes do not record further procedural details about the audit or a deadline for compliance. Trustees recorded the assignments and did not take formal votes on these notices.
