At its May 4, 2026 meeting the Sanbornton Capital Improvements Program Committee approved the minutes of its April 13, 2026 meeting, received updates on impact‑fee data, and agreed to advertise a citizens’ representative vacancy.
Chair Andy Sanborn moved to approve the April 13 minutes; Joe Bodwell seconded and the committee approved the motion unanimously.
Committee staff reported that Audry Barriault has entered population and building‑permit information into the impact‑fee dataset and will add tax‑rate information and the assessed value for Current Use. Audry also said she will confirm the date the age‑restricted housing exemption was last amended. Selectman Mark Brown noted that Chief Dexter will supply emergency call/fire data by the end of the week; the Highway Department director had not responded to a request for road data. Joe Bodwell said he will complete the Comparative Benchmarks tab.
Chair Sanborn said a citizens’ representative vacancy exists after Nina Gardner resigned and moved out of town; Audry will check member term lengths and advertise the opening. The committee adjourned at 7:11 p.m.; its next meeting was set for Monday, May 18 at 6:00 p.m.
