Vice Chairman Tom Lynch moved to advise Mr. Torti to deposit $1,500 to the escrow account to satisfy the outstanding balance and to create a reserve fund; Patti Bartlett seconded the motion and it passed 5-0-0.
The board recorded the motion and approved the recommendation; no amendments to the motion were recorded.
