Committee approves July payments, tables refrigerator car conversion; police and DPW give updates

The Director of Public Works reported ongoing concrete work on Morrow Street with challenges but progress.
Alderperson Gerbers moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderperson Hurkman; the motion carried and the meeting adjourned. The Clerk‑Treasurer’s signature appears on the committee record.
