A motion to accept the resignation passed by roll call vote with Paul Lowe, Ed Harlan, Bo Coconis and Greg Gibson voting yes.
Council then moved to fill the vacancy and unanimously appointed Donald Stillion to serve immediately; the oath of office was administered and Stillion was seated at the meeting.
