Selectmen accept zoning and health-officer report; DES says culvert work likely required wetland notification

The Board of Selectmen accepted the Zoning Coordinator/Health Officer report on Jan. 12 and ratified several permits, including stand-by generator permits for James Dewkett and Tim Moultor and a temporary mobile home permit for Jody Barry following a residence fire.
Tim Bray reviewed vested and non-vested permit statuses and reported he sent updated site-plan review packets to applicants on Jan. 1. Bray also summarized correspondence about a culvert and access-road installation on Pettengill Road: Emmanuel Uwizeye of the NHDES Wetlands Bureau reviewed site details and concluded a wetland permit (notification) is required, noting the area could be a Priority Resource Area, swales may meet wetland criteria, and the site may lie in a floodplain; NRCS was noted as likely to investigate further.
Selectman Steve Dzubak moved to accept the Zoning Coordinator/Health Officer report as written; Jen Roberts seconded and both voted in favor. Bray also reported approval of an ISDS construction permit for a three-bedroom residence (Casey and Elizabeth Brennan).
