Discussion and logistics: board members and event organizers discussed parking, shuttle service, portable toilets and overlap of events (noting potential conflicts in Back Bay when skiers and fishermen operate near each other). DPW, police and fire chiefs and the new town planner were identified to coordinate logistics for larger events. One temporary permit (NH Junior Bassmasters) was tabled for additional logistics information and later tabled by motion 5-0.
