At its June 11 meeting the Montville Township Planning Board completed routine business items including a waiver for a small office/technical tenant and approvals of invoices and minutes.
The board approved PMISC26-15, a waiver for Modern Meadow to occupy 8,757 square feet at 45 Route 46, Suite 605 for sales, finance, technical support, material testing and limited research and development with 22 employees and hours of operation from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. The waiver passed on a unanimous voice vote.
The board then reviewed and unanimously approved invoices from Carroll, Bright View, Burgis and Semrau covering trust and O/E billings across multiple matters, and approved Planning Board meeting minutes for April 9 and April 23, and Master Plan Subcommittee minutes for May 28. Engineer A. Schrager reported that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has extended stormwater rules for another year, through July 2027.
