The board granted a waiver (PMISC26-14) allowing Counseling & Consulting Services of North Jersey, LLC to occupy Units C(5)4A & C(5)4B at 150 River Road — 1,901 square feet — for licensed clinical social workers and substance‑use counselors. The applicant said no medications would be stored or dispensed on-site; hours were listed as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday through Friday and reduced weekend hours, with seven employees. Dr. L. Kornreich moved to approve the waiver, P. Repic seconded, and the board approved by voice vote.
The board also approved resolution PMN/C25-18 for a minor subdivision on South & Crest Terrace (Block 125, Lot 3) for Scott Carpel. P. Repic moved the resolution and Deputy Mayor M. Kayne seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous in favor.
Other routine business included approval of March 26, 2026 minutes and a discussion about encouraging applicants to submit exhibits digitally before meetings; staff were asked to consult about possibly amending checklist language to require PDFs 48 hours before hearings.
The board adjourned at 8:59 p.m.
