Supervisors approved bills list number 13 for June 2026 (through 07/03/2026) totaling $730,205.59 after confirming one vehicle payout was for a third police car previously reauthorized by a budget amendment.
On ordinances, the board adopted Ordinance 4‑39 updating Chapter 170 (vehicles and traffic). Changes include removing a previous left‑turn restriction where PennDOT widened Station Avenue, new no‑parking locations and a procedure to implement engine‑brake (Jake brake) restrictions on PennDOT roads. Joe Platt briefed the board on those technical adjustments and noted some items were forwarded to PennDOT for action. The ordinance passed by roll call.
The board also appointed Michael E. Fury as the township's conflict solicitor for pending data‑center matters and authorized staff to process an amendment to the intermunicipal agreement with Freedom Valley Medical Rescue to document oversight of a $400,000 LSA grant the township received for ambulances and equipment.
