Select Board accepts minutes, approves town‑report photos and continues meeting after budget session

At its Feb. 9 meeting the Select Board accepted corrected minutes from Jan. 21 and Jan. 26, voted to use two photos by Ayaz for the 2025 town report, signed Agriculture Commission appointment forms, and continued the meeting until after the Feb. 10 budget meeting.
The Select Board voted to accept the Jan. 21 and Jan. 26 meeting minutes as amended after a motion by Jen Roberts and a second from Amy Lewis; both selectmen voted in favor. The board also reviewed submitted photographs and voted (Amy Lewis motion, Jen Roberts second) to use two images by Ayaz for the 2025 town report cover and back cover.
Agriculture Commission appointment forms were signed during the meeting. Toward the end of the session, Amy Lewis moved and Jen Roberts seconded a motion to continue the Select Board meeting to reconvene after the Feb. 10 budget meeting; the motion carried and the meeting was continued at 5:37 p.m.
These actions were procedural and recorded as unanimous among the present members; the minutes acceptance, photo selection and meeting continuation require no further board votes unless reversed at a subsequent meeting.
