Zoning Coordinator and Health Officer Tim Bray updated the board on short‑term rental (STR) and site‑plan review activity at the Feb. 9 meeting. Bray reported several pending applications and administrative follow‑up: STR Conditional Use Permit (STRCUP) packets will be sent to applicants including those for 140 Woodcrest, 30 Winding Wood, 150 Woodcrest and other properties, and some applicants are preparing required site‑plan materials.
Bray said an owner (Tanya Prime) has been notified of town STR regulations and that, according to the board’s note, the property was advertised on Airbnb as of Jan. 26, 2026. The board intends to send STRCUP packets this month and continue follow up with applicants; one application was noted as voluntarily on hold pending compliance and legal counsel correspondence.
The board did not record any enforcement penalties at the Feb. 9 meeting. The updates reflect routine administrative steps toward compliance and permit review; applicants must submit complete Site Plan Review or Conditional Use Permit materials as required by town regulations before operations can be approved.
