Findlay Township hires Mia Kubatka as activity center custodian at $20.28 an hour

The Findlay Township Board of Supervisors on Jan. 22 voted to hire Mia Kubatka as the township’s Activity Center Custodian/Coordinator at a rate of $20.28 per hour, retroactive to Jan. 19, 2026.
Manager Tom Garrett recommended the hire during the workshop, saying, “The recommendation is to hire Ms. Kubatka at the rate of $20.28 per hour starting on January 19, 2026.” Supervisor Thomas Gallant moved to approve the hiring; Supervisor Raymond Chappell seconded and the motion carried with three ayes.
The hire fills the position for the Activity Center; the board recorded the personnel action without additional discussion. The meeting record shows the board adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
