Selectman Chris Ellms moved to approve the public and nonpublic minutes of Oct. 27, 2025; Selectman Rusty Talbot seconded and the motion passed unanimously, the minutes show.
The board reviewed correspondence and the latest U199 updates and recorded "No activity in Sugar Hill." The Selectmen then reviewed and signed a PA-7 Intent to Cut for parcel PID 206-26.1 and signed a driveway permit for 723 Hadley Road; the minutes record those items as signed during the meeting.
Selectman Rusty Talbot moved to adjourn the public portion of the meeting; Selectman Chris Ellms seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 5:14 p.m. The minutes then record a motion by Selectman Chris Ellms, seconded by Selectman Richard Bielefield, to enter a nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3, II(c), the statutory exemption for matters that could adversely affect the reputation of an individual. The board took a roll-call vote to enter the nonpublic session.
