At its Feb. 23 meeting the Stratford Selectboard approved manifests for Feb. 9 and Feb. 17 (recorded as C. Goulet / R. Scott Jr., approved 2/0) and signed documents including minutes, the Feb. 9 budget-meeting record, an intent-to-cut form for property owned by Haseotes, and an Oath of Office.
Suzanne Goulet reported that landfill and septage-site planning is under review because of a required closure timeline; options include possible arrangements with the nearby town of Berlin and use of sewer pump-fee funds toward closure costs. Suzanne said Brian will continue gathering cost information and report back when more details are available.
The board also issued reminders: town voting on Article 1 is scheduled for March 10, other articles on March 14, and town offices will be closed March 23–27 for renovations. No public input or non-public session was recorded; the meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m. Minutes were prepared by Vanessa Toner.
