Sugar Hill Selectmen approve minutes, announce meeting dates and adjourn

At the Nov. 24, 2025 Selectmen’s meeting the board approved Nov. 17 minutes, recorded routine correspondence and schedule dates for Town Meeting and budget hearings, and adjourned. The board also received several informational submissions for future review.
Committee member Chris Ellms moved to approve the public meeting minutes of Nov. 17, 2025; the motion was seconded by Committee member Richard Bielefield and the motion passed unanimously. Town Administrator Jennifer Gaudette read correspondence and provided routine administrative updates.
Gaudette announced key dates for the town calendar: Town Meeting is set for March 10, 2026; the Budget Hearing is scheduled for Feb. 2, 2026 (with Feb. 4 as a tentative second hearing); candidate filing is planned for Jan. 21–26, 2026, with petition-article deadlines noted. She also said she will request a Tri Town meeting with Easton and Franconia for Jan. 12, 2026.
The board acknowledged emails from Jeffrey Sabados and stated it will not respond to those messages. With no further public business, Committee member Chris Ellms moved to adjourn; Committee member Rusty Talbot seconded and the meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m. The next regular meeting is Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Crapo Building.
