Temple Planning Board signs letter backing SB538, schedules hearings and delays rule updates

The Temple Planning Board handled several procedural and legislative items during its Feb. 17, 2026 meeting at Temple Town Hall.
The board approved the draft minutes from its Feb. 3 meeting after Christine Robidoux motioned to accept them as amended and Jim Medeiros seconded; the roll-call vote carried with all in favor except Bill Ezell, who abstained, and Russ Huntley, who was not present for that vote.
On legislative business, the board voted to sign a draft letter prepared by Clean Energy NH supporting SB538, a state bill to extend net metering credits for municipalities. Christine Robidoux moved to sign the letter; Bill Ezell seconded. The motion passed by roll-call with unanimous support, and Board Chair Bruce Kullgren will sign the letter on the board’s behalf.
A minor lot-line adjustment for David Corliss was placed on the agenda for the March 3 meeting, with a public hearing scheduled for March 17. The board delayed consideration of updates to its Rules and Procedures until the next meeting and postponed review of the Morninglight Farm PRD and other related old-business items. The board closed the meeting with a motion to adjourn from Christine Robidoux, seconded by Russ Huntley; the roll-call vote was unanimous and the meeting ended at 8:26 pm.
