They recommended the selectmen apply for HGAC membership and designate a purchaser; the presenters said membership takes about 2–3 weeks and would satisfy the 2 CFR procurement component for a brush‑truck grant application.
The selectmen did not take a formal vote to join HGAC during this meeting; the presenters recommended pursuing membership as soon as possible to avoid procurement delays for the brush‑truck grant.
