Engineering staff reviewed Anderson Street pay estimate No. 4 and construction coordination with utility contractors (Windstream and Alliance MediaCom), dewatering and ties to existing services, and the plan for upcoming tie‑ins and storm sewer work. Staff said some paving timing may shift depending on weather and site conditions.
No formal approvals were taken in the special meeting; staff said most items would return to the regular council agenda for final decisions.
