Trustees discussed other business: there are two vacant trustee seats for 2026 with one person registered to run; one bookshelf quote has been received and another is expected; the new book drop has been installed and Ken Caisse will repair an overhang when weather permits. Trustees also discussed insulating bathroom pipes to prevent freezing; Chair Gretchen Whitcomb offered materials to donate and Director Elizabeth Crooker identified a person who will assist with applying the insulation.
On new business, Carter said she compiled the year-end report and a binder of materials related to financial balances and transactions; she will drop the binder at the Town Clerk's Office for the bookkeeper Cara Nichol to support the annual audit.
Nicole Concordia moved to adjourn at 7:10 p.m.; Carter Sartell seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Minutes were submitted by Secretary Lori Sherburne.
