Selectboard records new-business items, approves manifests and routine permits

At its March 9 meeting the Stratford Selectboard recorded several new-business items for future attention and approved routine documents and permits.
Under new business the board listed a water-system emergency plan (details are in meeting notes but were not read aloud for the record), a DNCR item related to the Nash Stream timber harvest, and an NHDES landfill inspection report for the board’s awareness.
On procedural business the board approved the manifest to sign for 02/23/2026 and 03/02/2026; the transcript records the action as "C. Goulet / R. Scott, Jr. approved 2/0 to sign." The board also approved or signed minutes (SM 02/2), acknowledged a Community Power representative (Mark Mccullock), referred a driveway permit to the planning board, and recorded intent-to-cut and building certificates for Macdonald and Kerner, a pavilion rental and raffle permit for Phillips, and two medical/dental forms for Hays and Goulet.
