The board agreed to meet with the road agent and consult Mike and Steve LaFrance on layout, drainage and materials before drafting final plans.
The approval authorizes staff to pursue design details and funding options; the board did not finalize construction documents or a contract at the meeting. The board will return to the project after the road agent and consultants provide technical recommendations.
