Sugar Hill Selectmen approve minutes, consider permits and schedule Tri‑Town meeting; enter sealed nonpublic session

The board also noted it had received the latest U199 updates and that staff are finalizing a new switch.
Administratively, the board said it will not meet on Oct. 13 and scheduled a Tri‑Town meeting with Easton and Franconia for Oct. 20 at 4:30 p.m. in Franconia; the board’s next regular meeting was set for Monday, Oct. 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Crapo Building.
The board voted unanimously to enter a nonpublic session citing RSA 91‑A:3, II(c) (matters that could adversely affect a person’s reputation unless the person requests an open meeting). The minutes record a unanimous roll‑call vote to seal the nonpublic minutes and a later unanimous vote to leave the nonpublic session. The minutes do not disclose the substance of the nonpublic discussion because the board moved to seal those minutes.
