Council approves several annexations, zone changes and a vacation ordinance

Under suspension of the rules, the council placed and adopted several ordinances on their first and only reading and approved a fee resolution revision. Actions taken included:
- Fisher Lift Station annexation ordinance (ANNX-26-1): approved by roll call. The ordinance annexes approximately 0.51 acres at North Howell Road and West Fisher Avenue and amends the official zoning map.
- Public Works annexation ordinance (ANNX-26-2): approved by roll call. The ordinance annexes roughly 16.04 acres east of North Pleasant View Road and West Hargraves Avenue.
- Prairie Medical zone change ordinance (ZC-25-2): approved by roll call. The council changed zoning at the southeast corner of West Prairie Avenue and Highway 41 from Community Commercial Services (CCS) to Community Commercial Mix (CCM).
- Powderhorn Vacation ordinance (VAC-25-5): approved by roll call. The ordinance provides for partial vacation of a utility easement in Pioneer Ridge.
- Fee resolution revision: council approved updates to the city fee resolution with no presentation.
All listed motions passed on roll call during the meeting. The clerk recorded votes during each roll call. The council moved these items forward to publication or implementation steps directed in each ordinance.
