The Richland County Rules and Appointments Committee met July 7 and unanimously approved minutes and the printed agenda before moving into executive session to conduct interviews for two advisory-board vacancies.
After the closed-session interviews, the committee voted to reappoint an applicant listed as "4 a 1" to the Board of Zoning Appeals and to appoint "applicant 4 1, mister Johnson." Both appointments were made by motion, seconded, and approved by the three members present, with the committee recording unanimous approval on each item.
