Burget & Associates presented the John C. & Ursula L. Marks final subdivision plan for property on Myerstown Road. The plan reconfigures a parcel with an existing house to leave a separate 2‑acre lot; the Board approved five waivers from SALDO submission requirements, finding no new land development or earthmoving was proposed.
Vice Chairperson Jennifer DeGaetano moved and the Board approved conditional final plan acceptance on the condition that drainage easements be noted on the new deeds and recorded with the County, that outstanding engineer and county comments be addressed, and that all administrative fees (application, plan review and inspection charges) be paid in full within 60 days of written notice. The motion passed unanimously.
Separately, the Board adopted Resolution 2025‑18 approving the ASA inclusion for Merle & Sara Miller (1106 Pine Road) and Resolution 2025‑19 approving the ASA inclusion for Loren & Shirley Hoover (706 Adams Road). Chairman Rob Kole said these ASA additions align with the Township’s Comprehensive Plan strategy to preserve farmland.
The Board recorded these actions by motion with unanimous votes. Solicitor Matthew Boyer noted county comments recommending that drainage easements be recorded on new deeds; the conditional approval reflects that legal recommendation.
