Selectboard accepts resignations, moves selectboard seat to November ballot and assigns administrative follow-ups

Craig Currie moved to accept Soiett's resignation; Michael James seconded and the motion carried 4-0-0. Tracey Bally moved to place the seat on the November ballot; Cheryl Stackpole seconded and the motion carried 4-0-0.
The board also accepted Planning Board member Jay Jones's resignation by motion from Cheryl Stackpole and discussed a separate resignation involving Ben McCall; Mr. McCall offered to provide recommended names and is available through May 5. Administrative items included removing posted-road signs (Mike to remove signs) and drafting an RFP for office-window replacement (Craig Currie to draft an RFP).
At the end of the meeting, resident Tom Nicols asked for a pre-K classroom floor plan and whether outside groups must follow the same process to use the space; the board confirmed they do.
