Board members expressed concern about logistics because the town and library also use the room throughout the year; the board tabled additional action until James meets with school maintenance to clarify setup and storage needs.
Staff member Lisa Young raised a trailer foreclosure issue and requested that a selectboard member secure the vacant trailer by installing a lock on the door, noting the unit has no power or water.
