Eric Banks presented the preliminary flow chart to the Planning Commission and reported the commission favored option two after discussion and clarification. The recommended version includes additional wording that applicants must provide infiltration pit calculations when submitting permits.
Chairman Paul Amigh moved to approve the Stormwater Management Flow Chart using option two; Supervisor Brad Germaux seconded and the motion passed with two yes votes. The change clarifies the technical submission requirements for stormwater permits going forward.
