Blair Township Supervisors on May 13 voted unanimously to deny the Greendown Acres Site Expansion Plan following recommendation from the Township engineer.
Eric Banks of Stiffler McGraw reported that no new information had been submitted by the developer and that the municipal review period for the plan ends on June 9, 2025. Banks recommended denying the plan for the reasons outlined in Stiffler McGraw’s review letter dated October 16, 2024. Supervisor Brad Germaux moved to deny the plan and Supervisor Lou Lusk seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The minutes record no formal extension request from the developer. The Board’s denial is based on the engineer’s review letter; the developer may address the review comments and resubmit or request an extension of the review period before June 9.
The supervisors did not take additional action at the meeting beyond the denial vote.
