Banks said Secretary/Treasurer Kami Bilek had not received a response to her request for an extension of the review period and that he would recommend to the township supervisors that they reject the plan if no additional information or an extension is provided.
Commissioner Chris Kriedler moved to table the Greendown Acres plan; Dodie Amigh seconded. The motion to table passed, recorded in the minutes as three yes votes. The minutes do not identify individual roll-call votes for that motion.
The tabling leaves the plan pending. The minutes do not record further deadlines or an applicant response; the commission's next regular meeting is scheduled for June 2, 2025, when the commission may revisit the matter if additional materials or an extension letter are submitted.
