Desiree Swan‑Meyers of Concordia Group Ltd. represented Verizon’s application. The Board, on a motion by Gordon Seegert III seconded by Douglas Hamilton, likewise categorized the Verizon application as a Class 2 co-location but conditioned the clerk’s authorization on receipt of a $150 fee before the application proceeds.
