Committee member reports exposure incidents at Lindstrom Park; staff to check logs

Nathan Pinkstaff, a parks advisory committee member, told the board that two families and another acquaintance reported a man who has been showing up at the Star of the Sea area of Lindstrom Park and exposing himself and urinating. "They love that park … but they won't go there because … there's been a gentleman there that likes to show up and pull his pants down and pee," Pinkstaff said.

Howard Rube of the Astoria School District told the board he would "take a look at the logs and see if we've got any responses there" and gather more information if nothing appears in official records. The chair asked residents to note times of incidents so staff and police can look for a pattern.
