Commissioners raised practical concerns about quorum for early-January meetings (the Jan. 7 date was discussed) and about temporary meeting locations while the town moves offices; staff said a temporary location should be available and that future meetings would be held at the same location as town council meetings when feasible. After discussion a motion to adopt the calendar was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote with no recorded nays.
