Stephenson County nursing center committee hears complaint-survey results; staffing and contract questions raised

The committee’s Chair opened the meeting and led procedural business before the facility report. “We did have an active complaint survey on Tuesday. No fines were received, and I’m still following up on payment for previous fines,” a staff member said, adding that confirmation of payment is pending and will be provided to the committee once available.
