Hamilton council keeps millage rate at 7.025 in unanimous vote with one member absent

At the end of the meeting Mayor Patrick Whearley suggested moving into an executive session. Councilor Fields made the motion and Councilor Wall seconded; the council voted to enter executive session (recorded 4-0). The minutes state that no formal vote was taken after the executive session.
