Finance staff Jodie Flaherty said the Aquatic Center Trust contains $13,000 and the council approved a quote from Colorado Timing Systems for $15,745 plus shipping; councilmembers indicated the remaining cost would be handled through a future budget amendment.
Council approved both motions without opposition. The timing-system purchase is intended to restore accurate race timing and pool operations while lighting improvements aim to update facility systems in advance of summer programs.
