Zoning board work session: 505 West 4th Street case to be rescheduled to Aug. 12

The Zoning Board of Adjustments was told on July 8 that a variance case for 505 West 4th Street (case 2026133BOA) was notified incorrectly and will be rescheduled for the board’s Aug. 12 meeting. "We will resend that notification and that it gets done correctly the next time around and bring this case back to you next month," Gina Costanza Grant of the planning department said.
Grant said staff informed the applicant and that the applicant is prepared to attend the August hearing. Staff added the board will need to take formal action at the appropriate meeting to postpone or hear the item.
No formal vote or decision on merits took place during the July 8 work session; staff characterized the item as postponed for re-notification and handling at the August meeting.
